1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to service enquiries and engagements made through Tender Bidding Consultant Delhi, including tender information, tender documentation assistance, bidding consultancy, registration assistance and other services expressly agreed with the customer.
“We”, “us” and “our” refer to the service provider identified in the relevant proposal, invoice or agreement. Classic Tenders Pvt. Ltd. (CTPL) is identified on this website as a technology partner; the contracting party and payment recipient should be confirmed from the applicable invoice or service agreement.
2. Service types and delivery
Services may include subscription-based tender information, customised research, document preparation, registration support, bid assistance, consultations or other work agreed in writing. Delivery may begin when access is activated, research is started, documents are reviewed, a consultation is provided or another agreed activity is performed.
Before making payment, customers should review the proposal or invoice for the service description, deliverables, duration, price, start date and any service-specific cancellation or refund terms. If the written agreement differs from this general policy, the specific agreement applies to the extent permitted by law.
3. Cancellation requests
To request cancellation, contact us promptly using the contact details below. Include the name used for the booking, invoice or order reference, registered phone number or email, the service purchased, payment date and a clear explanation of the request. Do not send passwords, OTPs or full payment-card details.
We will review the request against the agreed scope, delivery status, work already completed, any third-party costs incurred and applicable law. Submitting a request does not itself confirm that a cancellation or refund has been approved.
4. Refund eligibility
Where permitted by applicable law and the service agreement, a refund may be considered if a payment was duplicated, a payment was received but the contracted service was not initiated or delivered, or there is a material service-delivery issue that cannot reasonably be resolved. Evidence such as a transaction reference, invoice or relevant correspondence may be requested to review the case.
Each request is assessed individually. A refund is not guaranteed merely because a customer changes their mind, does not use an activated service, or does not achieve a particular business outcome. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Work or costs that may not be refundable
Subject to applicable law and the agreed contract, refunds may not be available for work already completed or delivered, research or customised documents prepared at the customer’s request, consultations already provided, access or subscription periods already made available, or third-party/government charges that have been paid or committed and cannot be recovered.
Government tender outcomes, eligibility decisions, portal approvals and contract awards are controlled by the relevant authority or buyer. Consultancy or documentation support does not guarantee acceptance, approval, qualification or award unless an express written commitment lawfully states otherwise.
6. Refund review and processing
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within a reasonable time and may ask for additional details before deciding. If a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be sent through the original payment method where feasible, or through another mutually agreed method that complies with applicable rules.
The time for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider, bank and payment method. We will communicate the decision and any available processing reference. A review may take longer where the payment or service record needs additional verification.
7. Subscriptions, renewals and recurring payments
Subscription duration, access commencement, expiry, renewal and cancellation conditions should be stated in the relevant plan description, order confirmation or invoice. Unless the applicable plan expressly provides otherwise, cancelling a subscription request does not automatically create a refund for a period already supplied or activated.
If a recurring payment or automatic renewal is offered, its frequency, amount and cancellation method should be disclosed before authorisation. Contact us as soon as possible if you believe a renewal or charge was made in error.
8. Customer responsibilities
- Review the service scope, price, duration and terms before confirming an order.
- Provide accurate contact, business and tender-related information needed for the requested service.
- Keep invoices, payment confirmations and relevant communications for reference.
- Raise a concern promptly and cooperate with reasonable verification requests.
- Use official government or third-party portals for charges payable directly to those organisations, where applicable.
9. Questions, concerns and disputes
If you disagree with a decision, contact us with your invoice or order reference and explain the issue. We will review the available records and respond within a reasonable time. You may retain copies of all correspondence and payment evidence.
This policy is subject to applicable Indian law and any dispute-resolution or jurisdiction provisions in the relevant signed agreement. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in services, payment methods, operational procedures or legal requirements. The latest version and its update date will be published on this page. Changes will not remove rights that have already accrued where the law prohibits such a result.
11. Contact Us About These Terms
For cancellation requests, refund questions or service concerns, contact the team and include your invoice or order reference so that the request can be reviewed.
